Two Days at a Time

I took two photos because I missed yesterday. I went to the hospital to see what was happening with my cousin - not good I'm afraid, but still hanging in there. It made me think, so I went outside to look for signs of spring and life beginning and found some plant life also hanging in there.

I think it takes a lot to kill off ivy as you can see here at the entrance to our backyard. This smaller photo is life peeking out amongst the snow in a pot.
