Merry Christmas!

Gosh the last couple of weeks has just flown by and now there is just 3 days till the big event! Maria has been here for a few days and is very excited about Santa coming here... she does not want to go home tomorrow in case she can't come back on Friday and I have to say, that also concerns me. We are hoping that the people that care about this will make sure she can be here... she knows we want to have her over the holidays where she will hopefully meet her little sister.

I haven't been doing much scrapbooking this past week - I thought I should actually have some food for people to eat when they arrive...lol! I have a little baking to do and then I am just going to sit back and let it happen... or not...whatever happens, happens!! Here is a little layout I've done lately:

What Happened...

to December... we're almost in the middle of it (well maybe not quite)! I know that by this coming weekend it will just 'snowball' and before I know it, it will be Christmas eve and I'll be wondering what to bake!! No, still haven't gotten to that yet but the gifts are all bought and wrapped and cluttering up the bedroom. I was all organized till last weekend when we were suddenly graced with being able to have Maria overnight... so it was a rush to take everything out of her room and stash it everywhere else so she didn't see it all!! I have been getting some scrapbooking done too... now that the swelling in my head is gone (after seeing Canadian Scrapbooker...lol!), it was time to get my son's scrapbook started... here is grade 5 .. just a simple layout mostly just to show the photo and other things off!

It's hard to believe he is going to be 37 this birthday.... eek... I am getting old!!!!

Well, here it is... a big surprise to me that this is the one that made it into Canadian Scrapbookers Winter edition!!
