Calendar Girl

Here's Nancy who is always on my desk when I'm at the computer. In fact, she is trying to sit on my keyboard as I type! I never thought I would like to have a cat but when one of my kids couldn't keep her at his apartment, I let him leave her here 'just for a little while'. He is not getting her back now as I have become pretty fond of her and her little quirks - like her attacking my feet when she thinks I'm not looking or when she gets surprised and arches her back and skitters away...she isn't a chicken cat because she fights off any of the neighborhood cats that come in our yard but she sure seems timid here sometimes.
