We went for one of our daily walks to Nexen Beach here in Squamish - hopefully when the area gets developed this area will stay rough around the edges! Our walk a couple of days ago was in a new area where the developers have made trails and areas to sit and rest - I guess because it all sits on the old garbage dump and would be a nightmare to dig up! Here is another photo from that walk.

That first shot is stunning...the coastline needs to stay ruggid, that's what makes our province what it is. Enjoy it, you are lucking to have it close by.
