I had been making my son, who is heading to 40, with two kids, an album of his school years and some of his younger days. It started out as a gift for his last birthday and then... I put it... away!! Intending, of course, on getting to it as soon as I finished some challenges I was doing on
http://www.sisterhoodofscrap.com/! I recently found this amusing letter he wrote when he was in grade 11 and had his driver's license:

at least you are getting to your old ufo's ... i really have to start working on mine ... so many ideas so little time ... i like your layout, i love the papaer line you choose, and how wonderful to still have that letter!!!
So...did you let him use the car that night? I love finding old letters and memorabelia. The layout is super. The scrapbook will be a great gift, even if some of the pages embarass your son.
That is an awesome letter and to still have it when he is now 40!! Great page!!
