Birthday, that is!! Gasp, choke... I can hardly believe I'm 60!! That always sounded so old when I was young and in fact when I think about it, my Nana always was old to me so I guess my young grandkids see me like that!!! My family threw me a surprise birthday party and I have to say, it was a total shock! How they kept it secret is a miracle... I can usually pick up on things but this completely missed my radar. Kate made me a cute crown:
It has lots of great embellishments on it but I promised not to pick them off for my scrapbooks! Once the party was over and I had a couple of days to settle down, I got into the crafting again - here's a little Valentine I made - I sent some of my 'sisters' on the Sisterhood of Scrap an unassembled box and will send off a prize to whoever finishes it and whose name gets picked 'out of the hat'! I love doing that.
