Die Storage

I can never seem to find storage that I like for my Quikutz and Spellbinders Dies... other than the 4 x 4 pockets or the holders for the smaller ones so I decided to make my own. I was browsing the dollar store (really cheap too!) one day and came upon sheets of magnet... the bells went off so I bought some to try out my idea.

I got two sheets of 8-1/2 x 11 chipboard and mounted the two sheets onto them. Then I added the dies and they stuck on just great. Also in my travels I had picked up some heavy duty paper holders with holes punched along one side and a flap at the top with velco on it to hold it closed - for documents (Staples) The chipboard/magnet sheet slides in really well and there is room for lots of sheets of these in each envelope - now I just need to go shopping again..... yes, you guessed it, for dies!!!!!!
Here's what I did:
You can see the envelope... it expands like the 12 x 12 ones for scrappy paper and is nice and sturdy.
