If it was for me I know what I'd do, I would add a nice big sunflower to it something like in this second photo (I'm just holding it on here...!)
I've trimmed the outside of the frame with some rope-like woven stuff. Maybe it's just that there is a sort of blank spot where there is writing on the paper that has me boggled... I like things 'filled up'!!

i like it without the flower, but then i like "whitespace" ... it really does look gorgeous, love the little birdies!!!
Hmmm...What about little circles/dots between the numbers. Or ink the edges of the birds/tree branch. I'm not sold on the flower. I kind of like the subtle look you've gone for. It looks great! I would buy it.
