Yes it looks like fabric...is it a shirt or maybe a dress, is it Kate's bridesmaid dress for her friends wedding?
If it is fabric I sure wouldn't want to wear anything that wrinkles like that.
I would say crumpled paper but it looks too consistent for that - so let me think ...maybe a piece of red foil or something that has been shirred or pulled thru a string?? Wild & Crazy Guess - LOL!

I'm going to guess it's that metallic-like wrap that you find around potted plants at the grocery store. What a wild guess!!! lol
Cyndi, that was exactly my guess, but I'll go with a candy wrapper instead.
Hmmm...it sure looks like metallic paper crinkled up (like Shannon said). I'm not making a guess b/c I won the last one (got my RAK today..thx Lois) although surely my chances of guessing right 2 times in a row would be unlikely.
Can't wait to find out what it is!
Erica.. you have such a good eye...it's candy wrapper...I fell down on my diet a little...he he he! And Shannon....you also get a RAK cause you were just about right on..it is foil! I'm gonna have to make this harder I can see, you all have good eyes!
Lois, I won your other one, don't worry about a RAK for me...unless of course you want to. I'd almost guess the candy too...Quality Street maybe? tee hee
Looks like the inside of a foil bag of some kind...but I can't think of any candy bags that have red foil inside it!
