Here's the answer...
You are going to be surprised!! No one quite got it - as you can see now, it's a REFLECTION on water!!! The lights from the Flamingo hotel in Vegas were shining on top of the water... you can see a flamingo light just to the right side! Thanks for playing... I will find another one real soon.
