Have I seriously got the first guess? At first glance I totally thought ceiling tile, but there is a peek of light or something in the bottom right corner. Is this s roller blind?
It looks like looking through a railing of a deck onto cement or the side of a building.

It's not turned sideways...it's something in my scraproom/office...you all probably have one!! ha ha ha!
